Who administers the infusions?
Our formulas are mixed and administered by one of our RN’s who have extensive training in IV therapy. All of our employees are licensed by the appropriate board in the state of Missouri.
How do IV infusions work?
IV fluids contain electrolytes, vitamins, and amino acids of your choice and flow directly into the bloodstream. It bypasses the GI tract which allows quick, efficient, and 100% absorption that you cannot get when taking orally.
How long does the treatment take?
IV infusions usually take 30-45 minutes. So, we suggest reserving at least an hour of your day for this treatment.
Does the infusion hurt?
Since the infusions are administered through an IV, you will feel a pinch when the needle is inserted and a mild cool feeling as the fluids are infusing.
What does mobile mean?
This means we come to you! Whether it is in the comfort of your own home, at the office, or hotel room, we will come to your location offering you convenience and discretion.
Do you take health care insurance?
We currently do not accept health insurance. One of the major benefits of our infusions is that they can save you a trip to the ER or Urgent Care - which will ultimately cost you more even with health insurance.
Do I need to fill out a waiver for every visit?
No you do not. Just inform your nurse when they show up that you have already filled out a waiver and they will look it up in our system. If your medical history has changed, please let your nurse know prior to your infusion.
Will you come to my personal party/event?
Absolutely! Pre or post party infusions are very popular. Just make sure to book your reservation with us at least 2 weeks in advance. Ask us about infusion discounts that may be available to your large group!
How often can I receive IV therapy?
All of the ingredients in our infusions are 100% natural, medical grade, and preservative free. Another major benefit of IV therapy is that you can receive it anytime and as often as you would like. If you are feeling the need for more energy or under the weather, make an appointment for your infusion today.
How far out can I book an appointment?
Individual appointments can be booked up to 6 months in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance free of charge. If you cancel after the 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount. The infusions are made personally for you; the supplies will be wasted if your cancellation is too late.
What if multiple people at one location want to book an appointment for the same time?
When booking your appointment on our website, fill out the appropriate box with everyone’s name and type of infusion they would like to receive. Or call Fresh Infusion at 314-669-4145.
When do I pay for the treatment?
You pay at the time of your visit with credit card or cash. No checks accepted.
Do you give iron infusions?
No, we do not.
Do you give mega doses of vitamin C?
No, we do not.
How far do you travel?
We travel anywhere located in St. Louis city or St. Louis County.
